Refunds shall be subject to the services booked. If the services are cancelled before 48 hours of the service start, refund will be initiated with 10% basic fare shall be retained by Transitra.
In cases where the services fall between 48 hours and actual day of usage, refund shall be subject to approval. Cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation charges would be as under: Cancellation before 6 Hours of Duty- No Charge Cancellation within 6 Hours of Duty- 20% of the Basic Amount Cancellations after car has left our premises- 100% of the Basic Amount
